Job Description Crestwood Medical Center is seeking a skilled
and compassionate Neonatologist to join our team in providing
high-quality care to newborns in our Level II NICU and newborn
nursery. This is a hospital-employed position offering a 7on/7off
schedule, which promotes an excellent work-life balance. The ideal
candidate will have experience in neonatal care and a passion for
ensuring the best outcomes for our littlest patients. Key
Responsibilities: Provide care to newborns in a Level II NICU,
including stabilization, assessment, and management of preterm and
ill neonates. Oversee and manage the care of well-baby and newborn
nursery patients. Attend to any neonatal emergencies and provide
interventions as needed. Collaborate with the nursing staff,
pediatricians, obstetricians, and multidisciplinary teams to
provide coordinated care for newborns. Ensure compliance with
hospital policies, procedures, and neonatal care guidelines. Work
closely with the neonatal team to ensure the highest standards of
