Job Description The Bessemer, AL VA Community Based Outpatient
Clinic (CBOC) is actively seeking Primary Care Physicians to join
our mission-driven healthcare team! This is more than a job — it’s

a Suburban feel with Big-City access! Position Overview: Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday Patient Load: 12–13 patients per day per
physician, allowing time for quality, patient-centered care Team
Model: Work as part of a Patient-Aligned Care Team ( PACT ) Each
physician is supported by a dedicated RN , LPN and MSA and has
expanded support from clinical pharmacy , social work , mental
health , and nutrition . Employment Type: Federal – with full VA
benefits Paid Time Off: 50 days of annual paid time offer per year
(26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal
holidays per year and possible 5 days paid absence for CME)
Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) AND
