be considered. Provide expert nursing care in a fast-paced
Operating Room setting at a well-recognized healthcare facility.
This 13-week contract opportunity is ideal for an RN with trauma
experience seeking evening shifts within a supportive and
technologically advanced hospital environment. Location:
Rogersville, MO (near Springfield)This position operates mainly in
the Main OR of a leading hospital known for its commitment to
patient safety and cutting-edge medical care. Rogersville offers a
friendly community atmosphere with convenient access to
Springfields cultural attractions, parks, museums, and a growing
food and brewery scene balancing small-town comfort with urban
amenities. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care
including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
within the OR. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to
coordinate patient care. Utilize nursing judgment and expertise in
Level 1 or 2 trauma cases. Maintain patient confidentiality and
uphold patient rights. Comply with facility policies, Missouri
Nurse Practice Act, and professional nursing standards. Float as
required and participate in call rotations averaging 5 or fewer per
8 weeks. Work 4x10 evening shifts (10:30 am 9:00 pm) with possible
weekend hours. Qualifications: Current RN license in Missouri or
eligibility for licensure in Missouri. Minimum 2 years experience
in trauma nursing (Level 1 or 2). Experience as both scrub and OR
circulator. BLS certification from AHA. Prior teaching hospital
experience preferred. Ability to use EPIC EMR and familiarity with
robotic surgical equipment such as DaVinci. Work Environment &
Physical Demands:Stand and walk for extended periods, lift/push up
to 50 lbs., and work in a clean, air-conditioned OR. Benefits &

Mercy-approved exemption). Evening shift orientation on day shift.
