Job Description:
NIGHT SHIFT | LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse $15,000 Sign-On
Bonus | 7p–7a | 12-Hour Shifts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Schedule: Full-Time |
12-hour shifts Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 Shift Differential:

shift — this is your opportunity. Night shift nurses are the steady
presence that keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll provide
attentive care, monitor resident stability, and ensure comfort and
safety throughout the night — all while earning shift differential
pay . Provide direct nursing care including treatments and
medication administration Observe residents closely for overnight
changes and communicate with leadership as needed Document care
accurately in the electronic medical record system Prepare
residents for morning transition of care Mentor and support
CNAs/NA’s during overnight operations Current Licensed Practical
Nurse (LPN) license in good standing Graduate of accredited school
of practical nursing Basic nursing competency skills Experience
