Job Description:
Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and
skilled Licensed Practical Nurse IV Certified to join our team.
Located in Williamson, WV, we leverage local insights to provide
tailored healthcare solutions aimed at enhancing overall community
wellness. This role requires an individual who thrives in a dynamic
environment and is committed to providing exceptional patient care
through innovative nursing practices. Provide direct nursing care
to patients as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to
established policies and procedures. Monitor patient health status
and record relevant data to aid in treatment planning and
reporting. Administer medications and injections as directed by the
healthcare provider and monitor for any side effects. Coordinate
with healthcare team members to provide holistic care that meets
patients’ medical and personal needs. Educate patients and their
families on health management, wellness strategies, and disease
prevention. Supervise and mentor LPN and nursing assistants,
promoting a culture of learning and compassionate care. Strong
practical nursing skills in a healthcare setting Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in medical
software and patient care management systems Ability to work
effectively in a team and independently Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Current Practical Nursing License in
West Virginia IV Certification required BLS Certification
preferred
