Job Description:
Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated
Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Williamson, WV. As a
valued member of our community-focused center, you will play a
pivotal role in providing personalized rehabilitation services,
aimed at improving patients' quality of life. This position
involves evaluating patient needs, formulating and implementing
treatment plans, and contributing to our innovative care
initiatives. Assess patient condition by conducting physical
examinations and evaluating medical histories Develop and implement
tailored treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Document
patient care and progress towards recovery Educate patients and
families about recovery techniques and wellness strategies
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide
comprehensive care Participate in continuous learning and training
to stay current with industry standards Strong analytical and
diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle physical exertion required during therapy
sessions Proficiency in using physical therapy equipment and tools
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Licensed
Physical Therapist in the state of West Virginia CPR and First Aid
certification
