At Williamson Health and Wellness Center, an innovative healthcare provider focused on community-specific wellness programs in Williamson, WV, we are looking for a dedicated Physician to join our team. This role involves both clinical and community health duties, aimed at improving local health outcomes through patient-centered care and health advocacy. The candidate will collaborate extensively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive health services and participate in public health initiatives. Provide high-quality medical care to patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Develop patient management plans, including diagnostics, medication, and therapy. Participate in community health initiatives and educational programs. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and implement new health strategies. Document and maintain patient records accurately and timely, adhering to confidentiality regulations. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in the use of medical databases and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid state medical license Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
