Job Description:
Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Mid
Level Registered Nurse to join our team. This role involves
providing exceptional care and implementing wellness programs that
meet the specific needs of our community in Williamson, WV. The
ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare,
with a passion for community wellness and patient-centered care.
Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in collaboration
with healthcare team. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate
records of patient therapy and treatment. Educate patients and
their families on disease prevention and health maintenance.
Participate in community health initiatives and wellness programs.
Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic
health record systems Ability to work collaboratively in a
team-oriented environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support
(BLS) Certification preferred Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) Certification is a plus
