Job Description:
HCA Healthcare, a leader in the medical services field, is
seeking a Manager Pharmacy Engagement to enhance the effectiveness
of our pharmacy operations across our extensive network of care
centers. This role focuses on the optimization of pharmacy-related
services and ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.
The Manager will collaborate with multiple departments to integrate
pharmacy initiatives with broader healthcare objectives, providing
strategic direction and support to advance patient care, while
adhering to regulatory guidelines and healthcare best practices.
Develop and implement pharmacy engagement strategies across all
facilities. Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate pharmacy
services with overall patient care plans. Ensure compliance with
state and federal laws pertaining to pharmacy operations. Analyze
data to identify trends and areas for improvement in pharmaceutical
care. Manage pharmacy expenditure and assist in formulating
budgets. Lead, mentor, and train pharmacy staff in delivering
patient-centered care. Participate in the selection and management
of pharmacy technology systems. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
abilities Knowledge of pharmacy operational and regulatory
standards Ability to analyze complex data and improve service
delivery Financial management and budgeting skills Medical

Current pharmacist licensure in the state of employment
Certification in Healthcare Leadership (optional but preferred)
