ULA is looking for a HR Support Rep N2 to perform a variety of
general personnel/clerical tasks in such areas as employee records,
benefits, education/training, employment, compensation, and equal
employment opportunity. Maintains both manual and automated
personnel records, collects and compiles sensitive and confidential
personnel statistics and prepares reports. Employee data
transactions include electronic and physical maintenance of
employee records in ULA's HR Information System (HRIS), staffing
system, as well as external systems such as E-verify. Training data
transactions include electronic and physical maintenance of
training rosters, employee qualifications, and on-the-job training
packages. In accordance with procedures, furnishes information to
authorized persons and/or agencies. At times, may be called upon to
coordinate or support logistics for on-site training events.
Provides information to all levels of employees regarding HR and
Training policies and procedures.

External Additional Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 2 years experience in the areas of customer service,
data entry and record management
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and
* Possess strong organizational and time management skills
* Must be self-motivated with the ability to gather and manipulate
common data and verify data accuracy
* Ability to perform a variety of activities following standard
procedures and process instructions
* Candidate must communicate effectively and cooperatively with
team members and leaders to maintain good working relationships
* Must be able to travel less than 10%
External Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with HR and/or Training customer service
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word,
Excel and PowerPoint)
* Experience using SAP Learning Management (Training) and/or Human
Resources systems and applications
* Experience with creating standard reports and metrics
* Experience with coordinating logistics for on-site training

Judgment and Decision-Making: Work is regularly assigned by self,
supervisor, and departmental staff. While performing the duties of
this job, the employee is regularly required to exercise prudent
judgment, decision making, and analytical skills to determine
manner and operational steps necessary to properly handle inquiries
and perform daily tasks within professional standards. Decision
making is guided by ULA policies and procedures.
