Job Description Job Description We are looking for an
experienced Syteline (version 8 and version 10) Consultant to join
our team on a long-term contract basis in Madison, Wisconsin. In
this role, you will provide technical support, training, and
guidance to end-users while ensuring the efficient operation of ERP
and CRM systems. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is
detail oriented, thrives in client-facing scenarios, and enjoys
solving technical challenges. Responsibilities: • Deliver technical
assistance and support for ERP and CRM systems, focusing on
Syteline versions 8 and 10. • Handle incoming tickets, prioritize
requests, and resolve low to medium priority issues effectively. •
Train and guide employees on system functionalities, fostering
confidence and understanding. • Develop and maintain dashboards and
reports to support business operations. • Ensure system
configurations align with business requirements and provide
documentation for processes. • Collaborate with team members on
troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues. •
Participate in API development and integration efforts to enhance
system capabilities. • Utilize Fresh Service to manage and track
support tickets efficiently. • Maintain organized workflows and
ensure timely resolution of technical issues. • Provide superior
customer service while addressing user concerns and technical
questions. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP/CRM support,
with a focus on Syteline versions 8 and 10. • Proficiency in
client-side scripting, API development, and configuration
management. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage
multiple tasks simultaneously. • Familiarity with troubleshooting
techniques for hardware, network, and cloud-based ERP systems. •
Excellent communication skills and confidence in face-to-face
interactions with employees. • Experience with Salesforce
development and IAM provisioning is preferred. • Ability to create
and maintain business requirement documents and system
documentation. • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional
customer service and build positive relationships with users.
