Job Description Job Description Description: We are hiring an
energetic, self-motivated Mobile Diagnostic Screening Technician to
serve in a Field Technician Lead role to provide guidance and
support to a small team of Screening Technicians. This position
reports to the Health Screening Field Manager, and requires strong
professional and interpersonal skills to motivate, coach, provide
feedback, and build relationships among their team. Leads serve as
bridges between their teams and other parts of the organization, in
addition to working as Screening Technicians in the field.
Requirements: Responsibilities: In addition to the responsibilities
of a Mobile Diagnostic Screening Technician, the Regional Lead
will: Team Engagement (Primary) Foster engagement and connection
with a remote, solo work focused team. Act as the first line of
support for team members for on-the-job challenges, such as
assistance with image capture, equipment, and completion strategies
Mentoring, coaching, shadowing, sharing best practices Facilitate
relationships and connection to the broader team Cascade and
reinforce communications from leadership Exemplify VPD values and
outwardly support the growth and advancement of our culture Team
cohesion & celebrations Support hiring & onboarding activity Team
Performance (Secondary) Accountable for the overall performance of
their team Researching team performance and conducting regular
check-ins/coaching sessions Escalating concerns to manager when
needed Reinforce following SOP's and P&P's Individual
Performance at Tech Lead Levels (Required) EED successful
completion greater than or equal to 72%, EED readability greater
than or equal to 85% ,BMD greater than 90% completion Blended
completion rate greater than or equal to 80%, Reschedule rate less
than 5%, 95% quality and other defined measures as identified
Qualifications and Skills: 6 months of proven experience at
VuePoint as a Mobile Health Screening Technician with strong
successful completion performance Demonstrated proficiency and
excellence in all aspects of the Mobile Health Screening Technician
role. Experience with coaching, mentoring, and training employees
is preferred. Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and
customer service skills. Ability to translate complex information
into clear, actionable guidance. Ability to work and thrive
independently and in cross-functional team settings. Competent with
operating and navigating digital health equipment and the latest
technology (hardware and software). Ability to rapidly adapt while
maintaining composure in fast paced environments, responding with
patience and kindness in ALL member interactions. A positive,
can-do attitude that will complement our strong, team-oriented
culture in which we demonstrate a high level of respect at ALL
times in our interactions with colleagues, as well as patients.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual
should have knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite of products including
Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Ability to use conventional office
equipment (scanner, printer, copier, computer). Ability to adapt to
rapidly evolving software. Physical Demands: The physical demands
described here are representative of those that must be met by an
employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this
job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
regularly required to stand; walk; use hands; reach with hands and
arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee
is required to sit for extended periods of time. The employee must
occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision
abilities required by this job include close vision, distance
vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust
focus.
