Job Description:
At Williamson Health and Wellness Center, we are seeking a Tech
Assist to join our dedicated team in advancing community health
through technical innovation and support. This role involves
maintaining and improving our healthcare technology systems,
ensuring efficient and uninterrupted operation to support our
medical staff in providing exceptional care. The successful
candidate will be vital in troubleshooting technical issues,
managing systems upgrades, and ensuring data security within our
healthcare framework. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and
software issues related to medical devices and systems Maintain and
upgrade health information systems and software Ensure data privacy
and security compliance in all tech operations Provide technical
support and training to other healthcare staff Monitor system
performance and report on metrics to ensure system health Strong
troubleshooting skills Experience with healthcare IT systems
Knowledge of data security and privacy protocols Ability to provide
end-user support and training Proficiency in managing hardware and
software for healthcare environments Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance CompTIA A certification Any relevant
Healthcare IT certifications
