We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineering lead to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the excellence of our technical support operations. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our technical support capabilities, improving documentation, and collaborating closely with the engineering manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team and drive the design, implementation, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. You will play a key role in the delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects and drive strategic transformation of ITIL solution deployment. As the ServiceNow Architect, you'll be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, establishing best practices, and ensuring the platform delivers maximum value to our organization and clients. ServiceNow Architect J ob Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team and drive the design, implementation, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. You will play a key role in the delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects and drive strategic transformation of ITIL solution deployment. As the ServiceNow Architect, you'll be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, establishing best practices, and ensuring the platform delivers maximum value to our organization and clients. Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and IT strategy Create detailed technical architecture documents, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps Lead the development of complex integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems Establish and enforce ServiceNow development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices Mentor and provide technical guidance to ServiceNow administrators and developers Create target state vision through designs, standards, and patterns Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies Perform code reviews and ensure quality control of platform customizations Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions Evaluate new features in the platform with ServiceNow releases and the suitability/applicability in the current environment Qualifications 5 years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and architecture ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services (REST/SOAP) Proficiency in ServiceNow application development, workflow design, and platform customization Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SOM, SPM, CLM, S2P, GRC/IRM and CSM Experience with ServiceNow data models and data governance strategies Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Information Technology , Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Preferred ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification Implementation Specialist certification for additional ServiceNow modules Experience with ServiceNow implementation in defense industry environments Knowledge of Agile development methodologies Experience with ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution Background in IT service management or IT operations Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting Summit 7 Systems is an equal opportunity/ affirmative action employer and an alcohol and drug free workplace.
