Royal Truck & Equipment is seeking a dedicated and responsible Class A CDL Company Driver to join our team of professionals, driving industry-leading truck-mounted attenuator trucks and specialized vehicles. With a focus on safety and innovation, we aim to maintain and enhance traffic management and roadway safety across various sectors. This role is essential to our mission of delivering efficient and reliable solutions, requiring precision driving skills and exceptional adherence to safety measures. Safely operate Class A CDL vehicles with attached specialized equipment, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, and company policies. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure proper working condition and record any maintenance concerns. Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Load and unload vehicles, verifying the accuracy of shipments and ensuring secure delivery without damage. Maintain accurate driving logs, cargo records, and work hours through electronic systems and manual reporting as required. Communicate effectively with dispatch and management teams to report delays, road incidents, or other pertinent information impacting service. Participate in safety meetings and undergo additional training to remain compliant with industry changes and advancements. Provide excellent customer service, representing Royal Truck & Equipment professionally at all times. Proficiency in operating Class A CDL vehicles with specialty attachments. Strong knowledge of load management and vehicle maintenance. Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs). Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle road challenges and emergencies. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Clean driving record with no serious tickets or accidents in the past 5 years. DOT medical card. Endorsements for double/triple trailers, tanker vehicles, hazardous materials, or others as required by state or federal regulations are a plus.
