What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers Ensure proper concrete mixing, slump adjustment, and safe unloading Maintain a clean truck and work area while following all safety protocols What We Are Looking For Valid commercial driver’s license with a safe driving record Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and related equipment Strong focus on safety, communication, and customer service Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in varied weather Reliability, teamwork, and commitment to high-quality service Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
