This pivotal role focuses on optimizing our supply chain solutions and ensuring operational excellence in dedicated transportation services. The successful candidate will be an innovative leader, capable of driving process improvements and ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing logistics operations, analyzing logistical problems, and implementing new processes. Oversee daily operations of multiple logistics contracts, ensuring compliance with both Ryder's and clients' standards. Develop effective, scalable logistics strategies to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. Lead, train, and develop a team of logistics professionals. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation efficiently. Liaise with customers to identify their needs and assess the continuous improvement of logistics services. Analyze performance data and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and compliance standards within the scope of logistics operations.
