Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting coil winding operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, safety consciousness, and manual dexterity, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Rainsville, AL Pay Range: $15.00/hour Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 pm Some overtime and Saturday work may be required at times What's the Job? Wind basic coils to meet specifications and quality standards Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE Select and prepare tools, arbors, and materials based on specifications Operate coil winding equipment, including hand-guided bench lathe machines Participate in physical inventory activities and maintain safety and cleanliness standards What's Needed? Good verbal communication skills Ability to read and interpret process instructions, drawings, and bill of materials Prior manufacturing experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Physical ability to handle weights between 25-75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment What's in it for me?
