Position Title:Forklift OperatorPay Rate:$20.00/hr. up to
$25.83/hr. after qualifying periodCategory/Shift:Hourly,
Full-TimeNights - Shift C 11 pm- 7 am,Swing Shifts - rotating days,
Shift A - 7 am-3pm, Shift B - 3 pm-11 pmThe plant currently
operates 24/7 with 8 hour shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm swing shifts,
fixed night shift 11pm-7am) but we anticipate moving to a 12 hour
shift program as soon as staffing levels allow to give all employes

Will Perform:Load and unload trailersComplete pre-start forklift
maintenance inspection reportFollow proper trailer loading and
unloading lock-out/tag-out procedureComplete receiving report to
accurately record materials receivedSubmit receiving reports after
trailer is unloadedComplete load sheet to accurately record the
grades, bale count, loading start/stop times for finished goods on
outbound shipmentsComplete and submit load sheet at completion of
shipmentFollow proper trailer loading and unloading
lock-out/tag-out procedureUnderstand and follow load pattern
according to trailer, railcarOther duties as assigned.The Skills

operating experience in an industrial manufacturing or other labor
intensive work experience is requiredA background as an order

Decatur, Alabama is looking for motivated individuals who are
capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible,
fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires
individuals who understand the needs of the business while
maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and
productivity.While the entry level Forklift Operators position
starts at $18.72 per hour, it increases to $22.59 after the
probationary period of 90 work days (plus shift differentials).
Employees can progress to other positions with higher rates of pay
as they progress.Pre-Employment process includes all candidates
successfully completing an operations test, drug screening and
background/employment verification prior to their start
date.Successful candidates must be available to work 1st, 2nd or
3rd shift. Must be willing and able to work daily and weekly
overtime, including weekends as business conditions require. At
times, employees are required to work overtime without notice.The
plant currently operates 24/7 with 8 hour shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm
swing shifts, fixed night shift 11pm-7am) but we anticipate moving
to a 12 hour shift program as soon as staffing levels allow. (With
this, the team will work 3 consecutive shifts, followed by 4 days
off, 3 shifts, then 7 days off, 3 shifts, and 4 days off, and 3
shifts and 1 day off.) This shift schedule offers two 4-day
weekends and a full 7-day break in every 4-week rotation and will
