Job Description Onin Staffing has a great opportunity for a Manual Lathe Operator for the Decatur, AL area. If you don't mind getting a little dirty at work this opportunity might be for you.---As a CNC Operator, you will produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine, or by setting up and operating a manual machine.1st Shift: 6:00am to 4:30pmMonday - Friday, Optional OT SaturdaysWork Experience

• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as microscopes, gauges, calipers, and micrometerSkills, Knowledge & Experience
  • Minimum 3 year experience operating a CNC Lathe Machine/Mill( or 2 years of trade School)
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Familiarity using micrometers and calipers
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Willing to learn to become proficient in operating applicable equipment
  • Quality and detail oriented
