Start your new career today! - Join Rescar's rapidly-growing rail maintenance organization, with over 50 years in the industry!RESCAR is rapidly growing -and searching for a Track Foreman to lead our track maintenance crew out of one of our Decatur facilities.What You'll Do:

• Supervise track construction efforts and multiple track crews to ensure projects are -constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule
• Plan, coordinate and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control)
• Provide technical assistance, i.e. interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, -as required
• Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, environmental compliance, etc. -
• Document all violations, notify project management, recommend/implement corrective actions as requiredWhat -You'll Need:
  • 1-3 years working in the rail industry; track experience -preferred
  • Supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Updated background check, drug test and physical
  • Continuous mental and visual attention is required to perform duties (such as working around heavy and moving equipment), involving repetitive or diversified work requiring constant alertness or activity, required
