The Quality Analysis Specialist will serve as the data center point of contact for all production operations. The Quality Analysis Specialist is responsible for maintaining an open line of communication with various stakeholders to include any delegated interface responsibilities, both internal and external to ULA. The Quality Analysis Specialist position will perform various tasks including, but not limited to: Configuration Management Reconciliation, command media/procedure maintenance, data input, database research and Vehicle Product Acceptance Reviews (VPAR's). The position will be required to interface/coordinate with various entities to status and resolve any customer issues. This position will support the Material Review Board (MRB) and Suspect Product Evaluation (SPE) process performing research and documentation.
ULA Job Description:
Follows program quality plans and adheres to procedures using statistical quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses. Ensures that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards. Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems. Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met. Recommends corrective actions, dispositions and modifications.

External Additional Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or four years of related experience in lieu of degree
* 4-8 years of related work experience
* Basic understanding of AS9100C and Quality Management Systems
* Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
* Demonstrated organizational and critical thinking skills
* Research, analyze and extract data
* Must be willing and available for some travel
External Preferred Qualifications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Display working knowledge of electronic work planning systems, nonconformance systems and Team Center
* Material Review Board experience
* SAP experience
* Configuration experience
* Product Acceptance experience

Judgment and Decision-Making: Work is regularly assigned by self, supervisor, and departmental staff. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to exercise prudent judgment, decision making, and analytical skills to determine manner and operational steps necessary to properly handle inquiries and perform daily tasks within professional standards. Decision making is guided by ULA policies and procedures.
