Responsible for maintaining and updating the Facility drawings for
the Decatur site. Facilitates employee move management. Coordinates
with management for office rearrangement. Maintains equipment
inventory and provides input on furniture selection and count. Will
work with facility engineering, maintenance, and contractors to
provide coordination and drawing support.
External Additional Requirements
* High School Diploma plus 4 years of directly related
* Certified training in AutoCAD. Highly proficient utilizing
AutoCAD software (version 2013 or newer) and ability to utilize
software shortcut features and efficiencies.
* Create and modify detailed drawings using CAD hardware and
software from sketches, layouts or notes provided by customer
* Must be able to perform the research required for completion of
* Provide engineering data, instructions, documents (drawings,
reports, etc) and technical support
* Interaction with co-workers on design and layouts
* Maintains compliance with contractual and regulatory
* Complete assignments within scheduled milestones
External Preferred Qualifications
* Associates degree
* Must be able to work in team environment
* Actively works to improve daily processes
* Maintains a current knowledge of development
* Will have a working knowledge of traditional drafting methods
* Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work
independently as well as communicate with team effectively

supervisor, and departmental staff. While performing the duties of
