Job Description:

The Sr. Analyst-HR Analytics & Reporting will handle the production of HR Service Reports and Metrics, support the HR User Access Management process, as well as the data conversion and development of HR Applications and Tools. Including but not limited to full life cycle report development, data conversion processes and projects, technical support for HR tools/applications, and accessing the user access compliance process for HR systems. This position will report directly to the SVP, HR as well as support the HR Operations & Talent Acquisition teams in the HQ office.Reporting and Metrics: --- Compile the HR reporting and metrics deliverables, including the implementation of standardized recurring reports and ad hoc queries. --- Coordinates cross department and external vendor discovery sessions. --- Ensures accuracy and final quality review of all products/reports.User Access Management: --- Supports HR Service Delivery through the quarterly audits and analysis of HR systems and access management. --- Provide support for the administration and reporting of special programs as they are developed and implemented. This could include special or recurring benefit and compensation programs, time management, talent management and talent acquisition. --- Coordinates Multi-Division requirement gathering sessions to define end-to-end program requirements. --- As required, accesses and supports the design and building of supporting program administrative applications and tools. --- Provide support for the end-to-end process for reporting and metrics related to HR programs --- Partner with cross-Divisional teams to lead technology solutions for Headcount Management, Time Management reporting, and subsidiary process initiatives --- Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) --- Successful candidate must be a self-starter who takes full accountability for performance and requires minimum supervision. Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience; At least 3-4 years of direct professional level analytical experience: working knowledge of analytics or reporting. --- Position requires systems, data and technical knowledge, coupled with HR policy processing knowledge. --- Knowledge of data management using MS Access, SQL and reporting / BI tools such as Hyperion, SQL, SASA or similar data mining and reporting software applications. --- HR administration knowledge (such as payroll or time management) or a strong business process background is beneficial. --- Exposure to HR systems and applications --- Excellent interpersonal customer service skills and the ability to work in a team environment. --- Must possess ability to effectively interact with a variety of individuals within the company, clients, carriers, and vendor organizations. --- The ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines. --- Fluency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). --- Ability to manage highly confidential materials and issues effectively. --- Overall knowledge of company policies and procedures.AAP/EEO Statement Alliance Technical Group does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, retaliation, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factor.
