Description:2nd ShiftMonday through Friday3:30 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.
The Production Supervisor will manage team members and ensure the quality of work across departments during the scheduled shift.Requirements: Supervisory Responsibilities: - Coach, mentor, and guide team members to meet and surpass current and future performance goals. - Promote and prioritize safety in all operations. - Ensure team members follow standard procedures to produce high-quality products. - Develop and implement daily action plans to address production obstacles. - Review and act on daily KPIs, reporting any discrepancies during shifts. - Perform timely and constructive performance evaluations. - Manage employee discipline according to company policy. - Approve timecards in line with company policy. Duties/Responsibilities: - Ensures each department has appropriate staff to meet objectives. - Assists departmental supervisors with preparing schedules. - Keeps and maintains appropriate production and employee records. - Ensures that assigned departments comply with company policies and safety standards. - Coordinates with human resources to respond to employee concerns or complaints. - Performs other related duties as required. Required Skills/Abilities: - Excellent managerial and supervisory skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Able to work in a team environmentEducation and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Five years of related experience, with at least three years of supervisory experience, required.Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - Must be able to traverse the entire facility.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
