Description:2nd ShiftMonday through Friday3:30 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. The Production Supervisor will manage team members and ensure the quality of work across departments during the scheduled shift.Requirements: Supervisory Responsibilities:-- Coach, mentor, and guide team members to meet and surpass current and future performance goals. -- Promote and prioritize safety in all operations. -- Ensure team members follow standard procedures to produce high-quality products. -- Develop and implement daily action plans to address production obstacles. -- Review and act on daily KPIs, reporting any discrepancies during shifts. -- Perform timely and constructive performance evaluations. -- Manage employee discipline according to company policy. -- Approve timecards in line with company policy. Duties/Responsibilities:-- Ensures each department has appropriate staff to meet objectives.-- Assists departmental supervisors with preparing schedules.-- Keeps and maintains appropriate production and employee records.-- Ensures that assigned departments comply with company policies and safety standards.-- Coordinates with human resources to respond to employee concerns or complaints.-- Performs other related duties as required. Required Skills/Abilities: -- Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.-- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. -- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.-- Able to work in a team environmentEducation and Experience:-- High school diploma or equivalent required.-- Five years of related experience, with at least three years of supervisory experience, required.Physical Requirements: -- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.-- Must be able to traverse the entire facility.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
