Leadership Opportunity at JASON NEAL

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to join our team at JASON NEAL. As a leader, you will be responsible for learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships to add new clients, and leading a small team to achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to service existing client base.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.
    Requirements:

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
    • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      Licensing Requirements:

      • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
      • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
      • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
