Lead Our Organization as a Sales AgentJASON NEAL is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team. With 120 years of experience, we lead the way in our industry. This role involves learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships with new clients, and leading a small team to achieve similar tasks.You will become an expert in training team members and moving into the Agency Director role as you master our systems and process. This role offers a weekly salary of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.Key Responsibilities:

• Service existing client base
• Research new business opportunities
• Supervise team activity and results
• Train and develop incoming team members
• Daily reporting using Salesforce-based CRM
• Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership developmentRequirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)Licensing Requirements:
    • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
    • Must have a clean background and own transportation
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
