Duties As a Service Technician, you will report to the Community
Manager and play a vital role in maintaining the property's
operations. Responsibilities include: Performing day-to-day
maintenance of the property, including service requests, pool care,
landscaping, and preventive maintenance. Preparing apartments for
new residents (make-ready process). Responding to resident requests
with excellent customer service. Maintaining the property's
appearance, safety, and functionality. Qualifications We're looking
for candidates with: HVAC or EPA certification preferred Minimum 1
year of related maintenance experience Pool operation and
maintenance experience preferred Strong knowledge of electrical and
mechanical appliance repair Understanding of HVAC troubleshooting
and repairs Basic skills in electricity, refrigeration, plumbing,
carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems Availability to
work in an on-call capacity as part of our 24-hour maintenance
guarantee Physical Demands Lift objects up to 75 lbs. Bend, stoop,
and twist in small spaces Bend forward when lifting objects from
the ground Reach overhead for extended periods during repairs If
