Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This opportunity seeks a dedicated Special Education
Teacher to support K-12 students with learning disabilities and
mild behavioral needs within a lifeskills classroom. The position
is full-time, onsite, and based in Madison, MS, offering a contract
for the current school year. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
specialized instruction tailored to students with diverse learning
disabilities and behavioral challenges. Develop and implement
individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet state standards and
student needs. Collaborate with support staff to create a positive
and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor student progress and
communicate regularly with families and school personnel. Maintain
accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications: Valid Mississippi Special Education Teacher
Certification. Experience working with special education students,
preferably in lifeskills or similar programs. Strong classroom
management skills and the ability to address mild behavioral
concerns effectively. Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning
atmosphere. Location and Schedule: Position located onsite in
Madison, MS. Full-time schedule at 37.5 hours per week. Benefits:
