is seeking a Systems Engineer / Principal Systems Engineer . This
position is located in Huntsville, AL and supports the Sentinel
program. What You’ll Get To Do: The selected candidate will join
our team of qualified individuals. This role will be a member of a
team of system engineers who will continue to mature the interfaces
products for the weapon system from Preliminary Design Review phase
to a Critical Design Review and beyond. The role includes working
in a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment. The
successful candidate will demonstrate technical skills,
organization, be an effective communicator, and problem solver who
is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with
internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will demonstrate
a commitment to ethics and integrity, and the capability to
innovate. They will have an ability to operate in a team
environment and collaborate across the program as required to
accomplish assigned and team taskings. The successful candidate
will be responsible for leading and/or supporting the development
of at least the following key interface artifacts: Interface
Control Documents (ICDs) Interface Requirements & Verification
Plans Interface Logical and Physical Architecture Interface Nx CAD
Models Interface Mentor Capital Wiring Diagrams Basic
Qualifications This requisition may be filled at either the Systems
Engineer level (T-02) or Principal Systems Engineer level (T-03).
Engineer Systems: Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology,
Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited
university and 2 years of experience, 0 years of experience with a
Master's Degree. Principal Systems Engineer: Bachelor's degree in a
Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline
from an accredited university and 5 years of experience, or 3 years
of experience with a Master's degree. Must be a US Citizen with an
active DoD Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and
within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program
(SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by
the company to meet its business needs. Preferred Qualifications: 1
years experience with technical review boards. 1 years experience
working with interfaces 1 years experience leading/supporting trade
studies or tiger teams 1 years experience with Atlassian tools
(Jira and Confluence) or similar 1 years experience working with
Cameo or similar tools 1 years experience working with DOORS or
similar tools 1 years experience working with Nx or similar tools 1

Employee Discounts This position’s standard work schedule is a
9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day
Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Sentinelsystems Primary Level Salary Range: $87,600.00 -
$131,400.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $108,800.00 - $163,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however,
Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining
base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the
position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and
current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may
be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary
bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to
reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share
in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director
positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition,
Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health
