Required Qualifications: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage a large territory effectively. Ability to work in a competitive and performance driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the lawn care, pest control, or home service industries. Proven track record of success in closing deals (door-to-door or direct sales experience strongly preferred).
