TriStar Centennial Medical Center, a premier healthcare facility in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Cardiac Tele Nurse to join our progressive Telemetry Unit. As a Cardiac Tele Nurse at our facility, you will be integral in providing top-tier care and monitoring for patients with cardiac conditions, leveraging state-of-the-art technology to observe vital signs and detect any signs of distress or abnormalities. Monitor cardiac and other vital signs and detect any changes, using telemetry equipment. Respond promptly to any arrhythmias or significant health changes in patients. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure cohesive care and sharing vital information regarding patient status. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor responses. Maintain detailed patient records and document all nursing care. Support patient education around health monitoring and disease management. Proficiency in using telemetry equipment and interpreting data. Strong ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
